- Individuelle Begleitung und Unterstützung eines Kindes oder Jugendlichen im Schul- oder Kita-Alltag
- Förderung der sozialen Teilhabe, Selbstständigkeit und individuellen Entwicklung
- Unterstützung bei der Kommunikation sowie im sozialen Miteinander
- Begleitung bei der Bewältigung alltäglicher Anforderungen entsprechend des individuellen Unterstützungsbedarfs
- Unterstützung bei pflegerischen Tätigkeiten, sofern diese im Rahmen der Begleitung erforderlich sind
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Schule bzw. Kindertagesstätte, dem pädagogischen Team sowie den Erziehungsberechtigten
- Dokumentation der Begleitung im erforderlichen Umfang
