Regelmäßige Dienstreisen zu Kunden zur Fehleranalyse und Kundenbetreuung.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst Reparaturen, Wartungen und Kalibrierungen unserer Produkte durch, sodass die Prüf- und Testgeräte jahrelang im Einsatz bleiben
- Du baust Geräte um und reparierst sie, um sicherzustellen, dass sie auf einem hohen Qualitätsstandard bleiben
- Du arbeitest im DAkkS-akkreditierten Kalibrierlabor mit, um die Präzisionsstandards durch Kalibrierungen von Prüfgeräten und deren Zubehör zu sichern
- Du betreust Kund:innen und bist die erste Ansprechperson bei Störungen und Problemen, wobei du immer eine passende Lösung findest
- Du analysierst Fehler, überprüfst Geräte bei uns im Werk in Hilden oder vor Ort bei Kund:innen und bringst dein Fachwissen ein, um Lösungen zu finden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektroniker (m/w/d), Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Physiklaborant (m/w/d) oder in einem verwandten Beruf
- Du besitzt einen PKW-Führerschein und bist bereit, dienstlich zu reisen
- Du trittst kooperativ und verbindlich auf, bist dienstleistungsorientiert und kannst dich schnell an neue Umstände anpassen
- Dein Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein ermöglichen es dir, sowohl selbstständig als auch im Team zu arbeiten
- Du sprichst Deutsch und hast Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sowie Microsoft Office. Pneumatik- und SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil, werden aber sonst durch uns vermittelt
- Du hast eine Arbeitserlaubnis in der Europäischen Union

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
