Was erwartet dich?
- Bedienung, Prüfung, Wartung und Einstellung unserer Fahrzeuge und Systeme
- Durchführung von Messungen sowie Funktions- und Sicherheitsprüfungen
- Montage, Demontage und Instandsetzung von Bauteilen, Baugruppen und kompletten Systemen
- Eigenverantwortliche Betreuung und Organisation der Werkstattabläufe an unserem Standort Karlsruhe
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Kollegen und Fachbereichen unserer weiteren Standorte
- Aktive Mitgestaltung beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Standorts sowie unserer Werkstattstrukturen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B; ein Führerschein der Klasse C/CE ist ein gerne gesehenes Plus. Falls du ihn noch nicht besitzt, unterstützen wir dich gerne beim Erwerb.
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Kfz‑Mechatroniker oder sehr gutes technisches Verständnis
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu priorisieren und umzusetzen
- Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie echtes Teamdenken
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Flexibilität und ausgeprägte Pünktlichkeit
- Vorausschauende, umsichtige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise – besonders wichtig im Bereich Schwertransporttechnik
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
