Für Filmaufnahmen im Studio, bei Events und an wechselnden Drehorten.
Unsere Videokanäle (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram) sollen stärker wachsen. Dafür suchen wir einen Video Producer, der zusammen mit unseren Redakteuren sowie unserem Video-Verantwortlichen unsere Abläufe und die Produktion professionalisiert und die Ausspielung der Inhalte erhöht.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenständige Videoproduktion von der Idee bis zur Veröffentlichung – sei es im Studio, bei Events oder on location – und stimmst dich dabei eng mit unserer Redaktion ab.
- Mit DaVinci Resolve oder Adobe Premiere Pro schneidest du vielfältigen Video-Content, von dynamischen Social-Reels für TikTok und Instagram bis hin zu ausführlichen YouTube-Produkttests.
- Du gestaltest mit Photoshop klickstarke Thumbnails nach unseren CI-Vorgaben und erstellst verschiedene Varianten für A/B-Tests, um unsere YouTube-Performance zu maximieren.
- Du wirkst aktiv beim Aufbau unseres neuen Video-Studios mit und bringst deine Ideen zur Optimierung und Etablierung effizienter Produktionsprozesse ein.
- Du verantwortest die YouTube-SEO und Performance-Analyse unserer Videos, pflegst den Kanal durch die Verwaltung von Metadaten sowie Playlists und interagierst mit unserer Community.
- Gemeinsam im Team gestaltest du die Content- und Redaktionsplanung mit und bist eine wichtige Schnittstelle zu anderen Abteilungen, um unsere Themen abzustimmen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ca. 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Videoproduktion und im Schnitt mit – ein starkes Portfolio ist uns dabei wichtiger als ein geradliniger Lebenslauf.
- Du beherrschst dein Handwerk, vom filmischen Storytelling bis zum sicheren Umgang mit Schnittprogrammen wie DaVinci Resolve oder Adobe Premiere Pro sowie Photoshop.
- Du hast ein ausgezeichnetes Gespür für Bewegtbild-Trends auf Plattformen wie YouTube, TikTok sowie Instagram und weißt, was dort funktioniert.
- Du bringst technisches Verständnis für Studio-Equipment mit, hast idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit AI-Tools und kannst Performance-Daten (z. B. aus YouTube Analytics) lesen.
- Du arbeitest eigenständig sowie strukturiert, bist kommunikationsstark und hast Lust, dich aktiv im Team einzubringen.
- Du sprichst und schreibst verhandlungssicher Deutsch.

In your application overview you have an overview of the application progress at any time. Additionally, we send you emails about the most important status changes.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
