Regelmäßige Betreuung und Bauleitung von elektrotechnischen und sicherheitstechnischen Aufträgen vor Ort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du kalkulierst Angebote, Budgets und Kosten und steuerst deine Projekte fachlich, wirtschaftlich und terminlich
- Du bist die technische Anlaufstelle deiner Montageteams – bei Fragen von der Baustelle löst du das Problem direkt, telefonisch oder anhand zugeschickter Fotos
- Du übernimmst die Betreuung und Bauleitung elektro- und sicherheitstechnischer Aufträge vor Ort
- Du führst, motivierst und koordinierst deine Montageteams sowie eingesetzte Nachunternehmer
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen, internen Fachbereichen und den Serviceteams
- Du pflegst einen verbindlichen, serviceorientierten Umgang mit Kund:innen und Projektpartnern

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene elektrotechnische Ausbildung (z.B. Elektriker:in / Elektroniker:in) mit Meister- oder Technikerabschluss
- Du bringst fundiertes elektrotechnisches Praxiswissen mit und kannst deine Montageteams bei technischen Fragen direkt weiterbringen
- Du hast erste Erfahrung als Bauleiter:in oder Projektleiter:in im Bereich Elektro- oder Sicherheitstechnik
- Du bist sicher in Kalkulation, Kostenkontrolle und wirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen sowie mit Normen und Qualitätsstandards
- Kenntnisse in sicherheitstechnischen Gewerken (BMA, SAA, EMA, Video, Zutritt) sind ein Plus
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
