Regelmäßige Betreuung und Bauleitung von elektrotechnischen und sicherheitstechnischen Aufträgen vor Ort.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du leitest elektro- und sicherheitstechnische Bauprojekte für große Gewerbekunden fachlich, wirtschaftlich und terminlich, von der Kalkulation bis zur Umsetzung vor Ort
- Du kalkulierst Angebote, Budgets und Kosten und hältst deine Projekte auf Kurs
- Du übernimmst die Bauleitung auf der Baustelle und löst technische Fragen deiner Montageteams direkt, telefonisch oder anhand von Fotos
- Du führst, motivierst und koordinierst deine Montageteams sowie eingesetzte Nachunternehmen
- Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen gewerblichen Auftraggebern, internen Fachbereichen und Serviceteams
- Du betreust deine B2B-Kunden und Projektpartner verbindlich und serviceorientiert

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine elektrotechnische Ausbildung im Handwerk (z.B. Elektroniker:in für Energie- und Gebäudetechnik) oder einen Meister- oder Technikerabschluss
- Deine Praxiserfahrung stammt aus der Elektroinstallation bzw. Gebäudetechnik und du kennst den Baustellenalltag
- Du hast Erfahrung als Bauleiter:in oder Projektleiter:in in der Elektro- oder Sicherheitstechnik
- Du bist sicher in Kalkulation und Kostenkontrolle und kennst die relevanten Normen und Qualitätsstandards
- Du hast gute Deutschkenntnisse und einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Kenntnisse in Brandmeldeanlagen, Sprachalarmanlagen, Einbruchmeldeanlagen, Video- oder Zutrittstechnik sind ebenfalls ein Plus
