Unser Hauptstandort in Essen besteht bereits seit über zwölf Jahren und bildet die Grundlage für die enge Zusammenarbeit zwischen den beiden Standorten. Die neuen Mitarbeitenden in Dresden werden zu Beginn überwiegend remote aus dem Homeoffice tätig sein. Gleichzeitig sind Einsätze bei unseren neuen Kunden vor Ort in Dresden vorgesehen. Die Teams in Essen und Dresden werden standortübergreifend eng zusammenarbeiten. Dazu gehört auch, dass Mitarbeitende beider Standorte Kunden des jeweils anderen Standorts remote betreuen und gemeinsame Projekte bearbeiten.

Als Teil unseres Teams bist du ein zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden. Du sorgst dafür, dass ihre IT-Infrastrukturen zuverlässig und reibungslos funktionieren. Darüber hinaus gestaltest und realisierst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team spannende neue Projekte und Aufträge.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden und löst im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Support technische Anfragen rund um ihre IT-Systeme.
- Du administrierst und wartest die IT-Infrastrukturen unserer Kunden, die hauptsächlich auf Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365 und virtuellen Umgebungen basieren.
- Gemeinsam im Team planst und realisierst du IT-Projekte, wie z.B. die Migration von Systemen oder die Einführung neuer Cloud-Lösungen.
- Du übernimmst die Inbetriebnahme neuer Hard- und Softwarekomponenten direkt beim Kunden vor Ort und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) abgeschlossen oder bringst als Quereinsteiger relevante Praxiserfahrung mit.
- Du kennst dich gut im Microsoft-Umfeld aus, insbesondere mit Windows Server, Clients und Microsoft 365.
- Du verfügst über solides Wissen in der Netzwerkadministration und hattest idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Virtualisierungstechnologien.
- Du arbeitest lösungsorientiert, hast Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt und unterstützt unsere Kunden gerne bei technischen Fragen.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und verfügst über gutes technisches Englisch.
