- Sie verantworten die Erstellung von Budgets sowie Forecasts und sichern durch detaillierte Soll-Ist-Analysen die finanzielle Steuerung des Unternehmens.
- Im Zentrum Ihrer Tätigkeit steht die Kalkulation von Reisen sowie die Ermittlung der finalen Reiseergebnisse, womit Sie direkt zum wirtschaftlichen Erfolg unserer Logistikprozesse beitragen.
- Sie bereiten aussagekräftige, operationelle Kennzahlen auf und erstellen regelmäßige Reportings als Entscheidungsgrundlage für die Geschäftsführung und den Beirat.
- Mithilfe Ihrer hervorragenden Excel-Kenntnisse entwickeln Sie bestehende Controlling-Instrumente weiter und optimieren die Analyseprozesse.
- Sie wirken aktiv bei den Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen mit und unterstützen bei der Pflege unseres ERP-Systems MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung.
- Sie bringen mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im operativen Controlling mit, idealerweise aus der Schifffahrt oder Logistik.
- Ihre sehr guten Excel-Kenntnisse und Ihre hohe Zahlenaffinität zeichnen Sie aus; Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System wie MS Dynamics ist ein Plus.
- Mit Ihrer analytischen, präzisen und kommunikativen Arbeitsweise behalten Sie stets den Überblick und liefern termingerecht Ergebnisse.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
