Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung und wickelst den gesamten Zahlungsverkehr über unser ERP-System (MS Dynamics Business Central) ab.
- Du wirkst aktiv bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse mit und sorgst für eine termingerechte Abwicklung.
- Du betreust und steuerst eigenständig alle Themen rund um unsere Kreditversicherung.
- Als zentrale:r Ansprechpartner:in für das Rechnungswesen stehst du im engen Austausch mit internen Fachbereichen und externen Partnern.
- Du bringst dich in bereichsübergreifende Projekte ein, um unsere Finanzprozesse – beispielsweise durch Automatisierung – kontinuierlich zu optimieren.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation abgeschlossen – eine IHK-Weiterbildung ist ein willkommenes Plus.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen mit, insbesondere in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung sowie im Zahlungsverkehr.
- Du bewegst dich sicher in gängigen ERP-Systemen (idealerweise MS Dynamics Business Central) und MS Office. Erste Berührungspunkte mit BI-Tools sind von Vorteil.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und du überzeugst mit deinem verbindlichen Auftreten im Austausch mit internen und externen Partnern.
- Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
