Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung Deines Logistikteams und verantwortest die reibungslosen Abläufe im Lager sowie in der Versandabwicklung.
- Du steuerst die gesamte operative Transportlogistik für nationale und internationale Sendungen und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die korrekte Zollabwicklung.
- Du bist für die strategische Auswahl, die Vertragsverhandlungen und die Steuerung unserer Transportdienstleister verantwortlich, um unser Partnernetzwerk stetig zu optimieren.
- Mithilfe von ERP- und WMS-Daten analysierst Du bestehende Prozesse, identifizierst proaktiv Potenziale und treibst die Weiterentwicklung der Logistik aktiv voran.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest Du eng mit den Abteilungen Einkauf und Vertrieb zusammen, um eine effiziente und termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung sicherzustellen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über eine langjährige Erfahrung in der Versandabwicklung, sowohl national als auch international
- Du hast Deine Ausbildung zum/zur Speditionskaufmann/-frau (m/w/d) und eine Fachausbildung im Bereich Logistik erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du kennst Dich bereits mit Lagerbestandsverwaltung in gängigen ERP- und WMS-Systemen aus und die Entwicklung und Verbesserung von Prozessen machen Dir Freude
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung von Versand- und Lagerteams
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
