Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten den stabilen Betrieb und die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer hybriden Netzwerklandschaft, insbesondere mit Technologien von Fortinet und Aruba (inkl. Aruba Central).
- Sie konzipieren und implementieren moderne IT-Sicherheits- und Zugriffskonzepte, administrieren unsere NAC-Lösung (Aruba ClearPass) und analysieren sicherheitsrelevante Events (z.B. aus CrowdStrike).
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für Netzwerksicherheit betreuen Sie unsere Firewalls, VPN-, Proxy- und DNS-Lösungen und sorgen durch proaktives Monitoring für maximale Ausfallsicherheit.
- Sie arbeiten aktiv in standortübergreifenden IT-Projekten mit, unterstützen beim Aufbau neuer Infrastrukturen und steuern in diesem Rahmen auch externe Dienstleister.
- Sie übernehmen die systematische Analyse und nachhaltige Behebung von Störungen im Netzwerk und pflegen die dazugehörige technische Dokumentation zur Wissenssicherung im Team.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) erfolgreich abgeschlossen und bringen fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Netzwerkadministration mit.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit LAN-, WAN- und WLAN-Infrastrukturen und haben idealerweise bereits mit Technologien von HPE Aruba und Fortinet gearbeitet.
- Sie besitzen praktisches Know-how in der Netzwerksicherheit, z. B. mit NAC-Lösungen (Aruba ClearPass), Firewalls (Fortinet) oder Endpoint-Security (CrowdStrike).
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, zudem überzeugen Sie durch Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und eine hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch (sehr gut) und Englisch (gut) in Wort und Schrift.
