Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die Touren- und Personaleinsatzplanung für unseren Fahrdienst und stellen mithilfe von Tourenmanagementsystemen die termingerechte Abholung von Proben sicher
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen im Gesundheitswesen koordinieren Sie die Materialauslieferung und bearbeiten serviceorientiert Anfragen sowie Reklamationen
- Sie analysieren und optimieren kontinuierlich die Abläufe im Fahrdienst, steuern Projekte zur Prozessverbesserung und tragen so direkt zur Effizienzsteigerung bei
- Sie überwachen die Einhaltung aller Qualitätsvorgaben, insbesondere bei temperaturkritischen Transporten, und stellen die lückenlose Dokumentation gemäß geltender SOPs sicher
- Sie erstellen mit MS Office aussagekräftige Kennzahlen zur Steuerung des Fahrdienstes und unterstützen bei administrativen Aufgaben in der Fuhrparkverwaltung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in einem ähnlichen Tätigkeitsumfeld mit, vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Fahrdienstkoordination (z.B. Speditionen, Taxi, Kurierdienste, usw.)
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit digitalen Tools und Softwareanwendungen, insbesondere Tourenmanagementsystemen
- Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
- Sie sind zuverlässig, teamfähig und verantwortungsbewusst
- Sie treten souverän auf und haben eine ausgeprägte Dienstleistungsmentalität
- Sie zeigen hohes persönliches Engagement und Organisationsgeschick
- Sie besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
