Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere Kund:innen und beraten diese fachkundig per Telefon und Videochat zu allen technischen Fragen rund um unsere Heizungstechnik.
- Sie analysieren eigenständig komplexe Problemstellungen, erarbeiten passgenaue technische Lösungen und begleiten deren Umsetzung.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb und der Produktentwicklung geben Sie wertvolles Kundenfeedback weiter und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Produkte bei.
- Sie dokumentieren alle Beratungsvorgänge sorgfältig in unserem CRM-System und helfen dabei, unsere interne Wissensdatenbank stetig zu erweitern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker:in SHK, eine Weiterbildung zum/zur Meister:in, Techniker:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Heizungstechnik.
- Zudem bringen Sie bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Heizungsbranche mit, idealerweise in einer beratenden Funktion.
- Mit Ihrer kommunikativen und serviceorientierten Art fällt es Ihnen leicht, technische Sachverhalte verständlich am Telefon oder per Video zu erklären.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein sicherer Umgang mit gängigen PC-Anwendungen zeichnen Sie aus.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch in Wort und Schrift; gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.

The number of your applications is not limited. An overview of your applications can be found in your application overview.

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact us anytime via email.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
