Ihr Aufgabenbereich
- Mandats- und Projektverantwortung - Sie steuern Sanierungs- und Restrukturierungsmandate eigenständig und verantworten Qualität, Ressourcen und Ergebnis
- Krisenanalyse und Sanierungskonzepte - Sie erkennen Krisenursachen, bewerten Handlungsoptionen und entwickeln tragfähige Lösungen. Zudem erstellen Sie Gutachten und Bescheinigungen nach IDW S 6, IDW S 11 und IDW S 9
- Unternehmens- und Eigenverwaltungsplanung - Sie übersetzen Analysen in belastbare Unternehmens- und Liquiditätsplanungen und begleiten Eigenverwaltungsverfahren
- Umsetzungs- und Ergebnissteuerung - Sie bringen Sanierungskonzepte in die Praxis, treiben Maßnahmen voran und behalten Termine, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Budget und Controlling im Blick
- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit - Sie bündeln Kompetenzen und entwickeln gemeinsam mit Steuerberatern, Wirtschaftsprüfern und Rechtsanwälten der SCHNEIDER + PARTNER Beratergruppe ganzheitliche Lösungen

Ihr Profil
- Fachliche Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung - Sie verfügen über ein wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie Erfahrung (mindestens 3 Jahre) in Sanierung, Restrukturierung oder Unternehmensberatung
- Sanierungsfachliche Kompetenz - Sie sind mit Sanierungskonzepten vertraut und bringen idealerweise Kenntnisse der relevanten IDW-Standards sowie der Eigenverwaltungsplanung mit
- Projektmanagement und Entscheidungsstärke - Sie strukturieren anspruchsvolle Projekte, setzen klare Prioritäten und treffen auch unter Zeitdruck fundierte Entscheidungen
- Beratung auf Augenhöhe - Sie hören genau zu, verstehen unterschiedliche Interessen und schaffen mit Offenheit, Empathie und Fingerspitzengefühl Vertrauen. Auch in schwierigen Situationen entwickeln Sie pragmatische und kreative Lösungen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
