- Du verantwortest die Vorbereitung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für unsere Mitarbeiter und Freelancer
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserem externen Payroll-Dienstleister zusammen
- Du verantwortest die Einführung, Einrichtung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unseres neuen HR- und Payroll-Systems
- Du bist Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Führungskräfte, Behörden und Krankenkassen bei allen Fragen rund um Payroll, Entgeltabrechnung, Lohnsteuer und Sozialversicherung
- Du stellst die Qualität unserer Personal- und Payroll-Daten sicher und sorgst für die Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorgaben
- Du arbeitest eng mit HR, Finance und Recruiting zusammen und gestaltest den weiteren Aufbau unserer Payroll-Organisation aktiv mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung im Bereich Payroll, Entgeltabrechnung, Lohnabrechnung, Gehaltsabrechnung oder Personaldienstleistung mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und sorgfältig
- Du trittst serviceorientiert auf und hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutschkenntnisse, gute Englischkenntnisse und bist sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
