Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und veröffentlichst Immobilienanzeigen auf relevanten Portalen
- Du entwickelst und setzt erfolgreiche Vermarktungsstrategien um
- Du bearbeitest Interessentenanfragen und führst Besichtigungen durch
- Du berätst Interessent:innen bis zum Vertragsabschluss und betreust unsere barrierefreien Wohnungen und Pflege-WGs
- Du prüfst Mietinteressenten und Bonitätsunterlagen und erstellst sowie verwaltest Mietverträge
- Du organisierst Wohnungsübergaben und -abnahmen und pflegst die Mieterstammdaten
- Du bearbeitest Anfragen und Anliegen und kommunizierst zu Mietverhältnissen und Verwaltungsprozessen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Objektmanagement und der Verwaltung zusammen und wirkst bei Modernisierungsmaßnahmen mit
- Du unterstützt bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Wohnkonzepte und optimierst interne Verwaltungsprozesse

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Immobilienkaufmann (m/w/d)
- Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienverwaltung, Vermietung oder Wohnungswirtschaft mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Serviceorientierung
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B und bist bereit, zwischen den Standorten Magdeburg und Freiberg zu reisen (Firmenfahrzeug wird gestellt)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
