Was erwartet dich?
- Du legst den Grundstein für eine effiziente Serienfertigung, indem Du DFM- und Fertigbarkeitsanalysen durchführst und so die Produktqualität von Anfang an sicherstellst.
- Als zentrale Figur im NPI-Prozess begleitest Du unsere neuesten Elektronikprodukte von der Entwicklung bis zur erfolgreichen Übergabe an die Serienproduktion.
- Du verantwortest die Erstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung von Arbeitsplänen und Fertigungsdokumenten, insbesondere für unsere SMT- und THT-Prozesse.
- In enger Abstimmung mit Produktion, Einkauf und Qualität identifizierst Du proaktiv Verbesserungspotenziale und treibst die Optimierung unserer Fertigungsabläufe voran.
- Du gestaltest die Zukunft unserer Arbeitsvorbereitung aktiv mit, indem Du bestehende Methoden hinterfragst und neue Standards im Manufacturing Engineering etablierst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung, idealerweise im Bereich EMS.
- Du bringst eine technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum/zur Techniker:in oder Meister:in mit oder hast ein Studium im Bereich Elektronik oder Elektrotechnik abgeschlossen.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse von SMT-, THT- und Prüfprozessen.
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Arbeitsvorbereitung, im Manufacturing Engineering oder NPI gesammelt.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1), um dich reibungslos mit allen Schnittstellen abzustimmen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
