Was erwartet dich?
- Du sicherst die Produktqualität von Beginn an, indem Du DFM-Analysen und Fertigbarkeitsprüfungen durchführst und die technische Machbarkeit neuer Designs bewertest.
- Als treibende Kraft bei der Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI) überführst Du diese erfolgreich in die Serienfertigung und koordinierst alle technischen Schnittstellen.
- Du erstellst und optimierst Arbeitspläne sowie Fertigungsunterlagen, zum Beispiel mit SITMA, und entwickelst so die Prozesse in der Arbeitsvorbereitung stetig weiter.
- Du konzipierst und verbesserst Prüfstrategien für unsere SMT- und THT-Prozesse, um unseren hohen Qualitätsstandard zu garantieren.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Qualität identifizierst Du Potenziale und trägst aktiv zur Verbesserung der gesamten Prozesskette bei.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine technische Ausbildung, bist Techniker:in oder hast ein Studium im Bereich Elektronik, Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik abgeschlossen.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Elektronikfertigung mit, idealerweise im EMS-Bereich sowie in der Arbeitsvorbereitung oder im NPI.
- Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse von SMT-, THT- und Prüfprozessen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und übernimmst als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit gerne Verantwortung.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1), um dich im Team und mit Partnern reibungslos abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
