Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen das Team tatkräftig bei der Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB und nutzen dafür unsere Buchhaltungssoftware sowie MS Office.
- Sie bereiten entscheidungsrelevante Finanzberichte und Kennzahlen für den Vorstand auf und tragen so direkt zur Unternehmenssteuerung bei.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson arbeiten Sie eng mit dem Controlling sowie externen Steuerberater:innen und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen zusammen.
- Sie bringen Ihre Ideen in spannende Projekte zur Digitalisierung und Automatisierung unserer Buchhaltungsprozesse ein und helfen, diese zukunftsfähig zu machen.
- Perspektivisch übernehmen Sie schrittweise mehr Verantwortung und werden gezielt auf die Übernahme der Teamleitung vorbereitet.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum/zur Geprüften Bilanzbuchhalter:in (IHK) bzw. Bachelor Professional in Bilanzbuchhaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Sie verfügen idealerweise über 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzbuchhaltung.
- Sie besitzen erste Kenntnisse in HGB, Buchhaltungssystemen und MS Office.
- Sie denken prozessorientiert, handeln analytisch und umsetzungsstark und sind kommunikationsfähig, auch in englischer Sprache.
- Sie sind zielstrebig, wissensdurstig und haben ein gutes Gespür für das richtige Timing im Unternehmensalltag.
