Der Schwerpunkt Deiner Arbeit liegt im Engineering an unserem Standort in Duisburg. Du begleitest unsere Projekte bei weltweiten Inbetriebnahmen vor Ort, testest die Visualisierung im realen Anlagenbetrieb und optimierst sie gemeinsam mit dem Projektteam.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du entwickelst und programmierst intuitive HMI-/SCADA-Lösungen für komplexe Bandanlagen mit Siemens WinCC im TIA Portal.
- Du erstellst Prozessbilder sowie Alarm-, Melde-, Trend- und Diagnosefunktionen.
- Du integrierst Datenbanken, externe Systeme und Peripheriegeräte wie Barcode-Scanner, Etikettendrucker, Kameras und Messsysteme.
- Du analysierst und optimierst industrielle Kommunikations- und Netzwerktechnik, insbesondere PROFINET, Industrial Ethernet, TCP/IP und OPC UA.
- Du entwickelst bestehende Visualisierungen weiter und setzt Retrofit- und Modernisierungsprojekte um.
- Du entwickelst HMI-Standards, Softwarebibliotheken und Engineering-Methoden weiter und führst Softwaretests sowie FAT und SAT durch.
- Du unterstützt bei Fehleranalysen und Anlagenoptimierungen und begleitest gelegentliche weltweite Inbetriebnahmen.
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Hardware-Engineering, SPS-Engineering und Projektmanagement zusammen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der HMI-/SCADA-Programmierung mit.
- Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Siemens TIA Portal und idealerweise Erfahrung mit WinCC Professional oder Unified.
- Du kennst industrielle Kommunikationssysteme wie PROFINET und OPC UA und bringst Grundkenntnisse in Netzwerktechnik mit.
- Idealerweise hast Du bereits mit SQL-Datenbanken gearbeitet.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung im Team.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1) und bist bereit, gelegentlich weltweit zu unseren Kunden zu reisen. Ein Führerschein der Klasse B ist erforderlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
