Was erwartet Sie?
- Als zentraler Taktgeber unserer Fertigung planen, steuern und optimieren Sie die gesamten Produktionsabläufe und sorgen für einen reibungslosen Prozess.
- Sie erstellen vorausschauende Produktionspläne und stellen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Einkauf und dem Lager die termingerechte Materialverfügbarkeit sicher.
- Als kommunikative Schnittstelle stimmen Sie sich täglich mit den Teams aus Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb ab, um Liefertermine zu garantieren und flexibel auf Änderungen zu reagieren.
- Sie analysieren kontinuierlich unsere Prozesse, identifizieren eigenständig Optimierungspotenziale und treiben deren Umsetzung aktiv voran.
- Anhand von Produktionskennzahlen bewerten Sie die Effizienz, erkennen Abweichungen frühzeitig und leiten gezielte Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ein, um unsere Ziele zu erreichen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Produktion, Logistik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung oder Arbeitsvorbereitung
- Sie besitzen analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark und teamfähig
- Sie haben gute Deutsch- und idealerweise Englischkenntnisse

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
