Was erwartet dich?
- Du berätst und unterstützt im Rahmen der Transformation von SAP HR ECC 8.0 auf SAP HCM for S/4HANA
- Du analysierst, überprüfst und optimierst die SAP-gestützten fachlichen Prozesse im Bereich ERP-Personal / SAP HCM
- Du berätst fachlich und prozessual bei der Weiterentwicklung bestehender HR-Kernprozesse über alle relevanten HCM-Module hinweg
- Du berätst schwerpunktmäßig in der SAP-Stellenwirtschaft im öffentlichen Sektor, insbesondere an den Schnittstellen zu organisatorischen und personalwirtschaftlichen Prozessen
- Du unterstützt bei der Überführung fachlicher Sollkonzepte von einer funktionalen in eine prozessorientierte Sicht und begleitest die fachliche Konzeption, Abstimmung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen im SAP-HCM-Umfeld
- Du arbeitest eng mit Fachbereichen, IT, Projektleitung sowie weiteren interdisziplinären Projektbeteiligten zusammen und unterstützt bei der Bewertung von Auswirkungen auf bestehende HCM-Prozesse, Datenstrukturen und Integrationen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als SAP HCM Berater:in, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt in den Modulen PA, PY und OM.
- Du verfügst über vertiefte Kenntnisse in der SAP-Stellenwirtschaft, speziell im öffentlichen Sektor.
- Du verbindest fundierte Erfahrung in der Analyse und Konzeption von HR-Prozessen mit einem guten technischen Verständnis im SAP-HCM-Kontext.
- Du bringst Erfahrung im Lesen und Analysieren von ABAP / ABAP OO (Debugging) sowie Kenntnisse im Umfeld von SAPUI5 / Fiori mit.
- Du hast bereits Transformations- oder Migrationsprojekte begleitet, idealerweise im H4/S4-Kontext, und überzeugst durch deine strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
- Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind auf C1-Niveau, um im Projektalltag sicher zu kommunizieren.
