Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und entwickelst maßgeschneiderte SAP-Berechtigungskonzepte mit klarem Fokus auf die Module SAP HCM, FI/CO, MM und SD.
- Du übernimmst die technische Umsetzung und das Customizing der Berechtigungen im Backend sowie in der SAP Fiori-Umgebung und stellst so eine sichere und nutzerfreundliche Systemlandschaft sicher.
- Als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Fachbereiche analysierst Du deren Anforderungen, berätst sie zu Lösungsmöglichkeiten und erstellst technische Spezifikationen.
- Mithilfe von Tools wie PFCG und SUIM sowie durch Analysen auf Tabellenebene überwachst und optimierst Du bestehende Rollen und sicherst deren Qualität durch regelmäßige Tests.
- Du führst eigenständig Fehleranalysen bei Berechtigungsproblemen durch, behebst diese und unterstützt aktiv bei der Vorbereitung und Durchführung von internen Audits.
- In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Deinem agilen Team bringst Du Deine Expertise ein, um unsere Sicherheitsprozesse kontinuierlich zu verbessern und Projekte erfolgreich umzusetzen.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige, fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Analyse und Konzeption von SAP-Rollen und Berechtigungen mit, insbesondere im SAP HCM Umfeld (PA, PY, OM, PT).
- Du hast praktische Erfahrung mit SAP Fiori, idealerweise im Zusammenspiel mit der Fiori Library und dem Launchpad.
- Du bist versiert in der Gestaltung von Sicherheitsprozessen sowie im Usermanagement und hast idealerweise bereits Audits begleitet.
- Deine analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus und du arbeitest gerne im Team, um gemeinsam die besten Lösungen zu finden.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um dich reibungslos im Team und mit Fachbereichen abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
