Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie fertigen und montieren unsere Trockner und Schneckenpressen sowie komplexe Stahlkonstruktionen präzise nach technischen Zeichnungen.
- Dabei wenden Sie routiniert verschiedene Schweißverfahren (MAG, WIG, Elektrode) an und bearbeiten Bauteile durch Techniken wie Bohren oder Plasmaschneiden.
- Sie verantworten die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit, indem Sie Bauteile eigenständig auf Maßhaltigkeit prüfen und abschließende Funktionsprüfungen an den Baugruppen durchführen.
- In enger Abstimmung mit der Konstruktion und Qualitätssicherung tragen Sie zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Fertigungsprozesse bei.
- Abschließend dokumentieren Sie Ihre Arbeitsgänge und Prüfergebnisse sorgfältig über unsere Betriebsdatenerfassung.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Werkzeugmechaniker, Industriemechaniker oder Metallbauer (m/w/d), idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Praxis in der mechanischen Fertigung, Montage oder Instandhaltung mit, bevorzugt im Pressenbau.
- Im MAG- und WIG-Schweißen sind Sie sicher und führen Schweißkonstruktionen sauber und normgerecht aus.
- Sie haben Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Justierung von mechanischen sowie hydraulischen Pressen und verstehen deren pneumatische Systeme.
- Das Lesen und Umsetzen von technischen Zeichnungen, Stücklisten und Fertigungsunterlagen gehört zu Ihren Stärken.
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse (C1) für eine reibungslose technische Abstimmung im Team.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
