Was erwartet dich?
- Du konzipierst und realisierst anspruchsvolle Backend-Lösungen für unser SAP HCM-System mittels ABAP OO, inklusive der Entwicklung von Schnittstellen und Datenmodellen.
- Du designst und entwickelst moderne Fiori-Applikationen mit SAPUI5 und treibst aktiv die Migration bestehender WebDynpro-Anwendungen voran.
- Im Rahmen der S/4HANA-Transformation integrierst du neue Lösungen in unsere Systemlandschaft und agierst als technischer Ansprechpartner für die HR-Fachbereiche.
- Du stellst die Qualität deiner Entwicklungen durch Tests sicher und optimierst kontinuierlich bestehende SAP HCM-Anwendungen, um die HR-Prozesse zu verbessern.
- Du arbeitest in einem agilen Team, planst deine Sprints mit Tools wie Jira und Confluence und stimmst dich eng mit internen Kollegen sowie externen Partnern ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Full-Stack-Entwicklung mit SAP HCM mit (Backend & Frontend).
- Du beherrschst ABAP/ABAP OO sowie SAPUI5/Fiori und hast fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung von Webservices und Schnittstellen.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und gerne im Team, wobei dir Tools wie Jira und Confluence vertraut sind.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung mit S/4HANA-Transformationen und/oder im Projektumfeld des öffentlichen Sektors.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
