Was erwartet dich?
- Du betreust eigenverantwortlich einen festen Mandantenstamm aus unterschiedlichen Branchen
- Du erstellst laufende Finanzbuchhaltungen sowie Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Du wirkst bei der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen und betrieblichen Steuererklärungen mit
- Du bearbeitest private und betriebliche Steuererklärungen
- Du stehst unseren Mandanten als kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei steuerlichen und buchhalterischen Fragestellungen zur Seite
- Du kommunizierst mit Finanzämtern und weiteren Behörden
- Du unterstützt die kontinuierliche Digitalisierung unserer Kanzlei und arbeitest mit modernen DATEV-Lösungen und digitalen Prozessen
- Du arbeitest eng mit Deinen Kolleginnen und Kollegen zusammen und trägst zu einer vertrauensvollen und persönlichen Mandantenbetreuung bei

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellter (m/w/d) oder Lohn- und Finanzbuchhalter:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise verfügst Du bereits über Berufserfahrung in einer Steuerkanzlei – Berufseinsteiger sind bei entsprechender Motivation ebenfalls willkommen
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, sorgfältig und eigenverantwortlich und hast Freude am Umgang mit Zahlen
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie im Rechnungswesen mit
- Der sichere Umgang mit DATEV und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen ist für Dich selbstverständlich oder Du bist bereit, Dich schnell einzuarbeiten
- Digitalisierung und moderne Arbeitsprozesse begeistern Dich und Du möchtest aktiv an einer zukunftsorientierten Kanzlei mitwirken
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team, kommunizierst offen und hast Freude am persönlichen Austausch mit Mandanten
- Zuverlässigkeit, Diskretion und eine serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise runden Dein Profil ab

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
