- Du behandelst Patient:innen und übernimmst sowohl fachlich spezifische als auch administrative Aufgaben
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung moderner Therapiekonzepte mit
- Du führst fachlich das physiotherapeutische Team und sorgst für die Weiterentwicklung sowie Sicherstellung der Therapiequalität
- Du unterstützt bei der Einarbeitung neuer Kolleg:innen und begleitest deren fachliche Entwicklung
- Du prüfst und stellst die Qualität der Behandlungsdokumentation sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene physiotherapeutische Ausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst idealerweise über Zusatzqualifikationen wie MT, MLD oder KGG
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein sowie fachliche Kompetenz aus
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit und hast Lust, ein Team fachlich zu führen
- Du bist ein Teamplayer:in, gehst offen auf Menschen zu und kannst individuelle Situationen von Patient:innen und Kolleg:innen gut einordnen
- Du hast Spaß an deinem Beruf und möchtest dich sowie dein Team kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln
