- Du planst, steuerst und dokumentierst den gesamten Pflegeprozess, um die individuellen Rehabilitationsziele der Patient:innen zu erreichen.
- Du übernimmst die fachgerechte Grund- und Behandlungspflege und begleitest deine Patient:innen aktiv bei ihren Fortschritten über einen längeren Zeitraum.
- Du berätst Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörige im Umgang mit neuen Lebensumständen, um ihre Selbstständigkeit zu fördern.
- Du bringst deine Ideen zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Pflegestandards und zur Qualitätsverbesserung aktiv ein.
