Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die technische Gesamtverantwortung für stern-/bottom-trawler
- Du planst, bereitest vor und überwachst Reparaturen, Instandhaltung und Werftaufenthalte
- Du stellst die Einhaltung technischer Standards, Klassenvorschriften und Flaggenanforderungen sicher
- Du pflegst und überwachst das PMS (Planned Maintenance System)
- Du unterstützt die Crew bei technischen Fragestellungen und begleitest Hafen- und Werftaufenthalte
- Du besuchst regelmäßig an Bord zur technischen Prüfung und Crew-Kommunikation und arbeitest eng mit dem vor Ort tätigen Einkäufer zusammen
- Du unterstützt im technischen Beschaffungsprozess durch fachliche Bewertung von Bedarfen, Lieferantenrücksprache und technische Expertise
- Du arbeitest bei der Budgetplanung, Kostenvorbereitung und technischen Kostenkontrolle mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im maritimen Umfeld oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Technischer Leiter fürs Schiffsmanagement (m/w/d)
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes technisches Verständnis von Schiffssystemen (mechanisch und elektrisch)
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und hast Erfahrung mit PMS-Systemen
- Du bist vertraut mit aktuellen Regelwerken der Schifffahrt
- Du hast sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und bist bereit zu regelmäßigen Reisen
