Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie stellen die Konformität des QM-Systems mit den Anforderungen nach IATF 16949 sowie VDA und allen kundenspezifischen sowie unternehmensinternen Anforderungen sicher
- Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen unter Anwendung gängiger Qualitätsmethoden (u.a. A3, 8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa) in interdisziplinären Teams
- Sie legen Korrekturmaßnahmen fest, überprüfen und verfolgen diese
- Sie arbeiten bei der Festlegung von Prüfabläufen mit und geben Fertigungsprozesse frei
- Sie bereiten Audits vor, führen diese durch und bereiten sie nach
- Sie erstellen Auswertungen zu Prozessfähigkeiten (u.a. Cp, CpK) und unterstützen die Produktion bei Qualitätsproblemen sowie bei der Planung und Durchführung von internen Schulungen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement der Automobilindustrie
- Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Werkzeuge und Regelwerke sowie der Automotive Core Tools
- Sie haben Kenntnisse in der Qualitätsvorausplanung (APQP, PPAP etc.), was wünschenswert ist
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
- Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Kommunikations- und Durchsetzungsstärke sowie einen starken Teamgeist aus und haben ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft
