Was erwartet dich?
- Du unterstützt die Teamleitung im Tagesgeschäft und übernimmst bei Abwesenheit die stellvertretende Führung des Teams
- Du koordinierst die gesamten Lagerprozesse – von der Planung der Logistikeinsätze bis zur Steuerung der Warenein- und -ausgänge
- Du übernimmst die Auftragssachbearbeitung sowie die Rechnungsstellung und stellst einen reibungslosen administrativen Ablauf sicher
- Du bist das Gesicht vor Ort: Bei Konzerten, Festivals und Sportveranstaltungen sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Ablauf unserer Mehrweglösungen
- Du überwachst die Einhaltung unserer hohen Hygienestandards und packst bei operativen Spül- und Logistikaufgaben selbst mit an, wenn es nötig ist

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Berufsausbildung
- Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Teams mit oder hast den klaren Wunsch, dich in eine Führungsrolle zu entwickeln
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B. Ein LKW-Führerschein ist ein Pluspunkt, oder du bist bereit, diesen zu erwerben
- Als Organisationstalent denkst du unternehmerisch, handelst eigenverantwortlich und zeigst hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch, gutes Englisch und bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
