Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Führung deines Teams und stellst den reibungslosen Ablauf in der mechanischen Fertigung sicher.
- Du planst den Personaleinsatz für die Schichten vorausschauend und stimmst dich dabei eng mit dem Value Stream Manager ab.
- Du verantwortest die sorgfältige Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder und förderst aktiv die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden.
- Mithilfe von Lean-Methoden analysierst und optimierst du kontinuierlich die Fertigungsprozesse in den Bereichen CNC-Bearbeitung und Wasserstrahlschneiden.
- Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Standards in den Bereichen Qualität, Arbeitssicherheit und Umwelt.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der mechanischen Bearbeitung, insbesondere mit CNC-Maschinen oder Wasserstrahlanlagen.
- Du bist bereit, als Vorarbeiter fachliche Führungsverantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen und dieses weiterzuentwickeln.
- Du kennst dich mit Lean Manufacturing und KVP aus und hast Freude daran, Fertigungsabläufe kontinuierlich zu verbessern.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität und Durchsetzungsvermögen motivierst du dein Team zu Höchstleistungen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sind für die reibungslose Koordination im Team und in der Produktion unerlässlich.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
