Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen und führen eigenverantwortlich individuelle Einzel- und Gruppentherapien durch, um die Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität Ihrer Patient:innen gezielt zu fördern.
- Sie erstellen auf Basis einer sorgfältigen Befunderhebung maßgeschneiderte Behandlungspläne und definieren gemeinsam mit den Patient:innen realistische Therapieziele.
- Sie beraten Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörige kompetent bei der Auswahl und Anwendung von Hilfsmitteln und unterstützen bei der Wohnraumanpassung.
- Sie dokumentieren die Therapieverläufe sorgfältig und arbeiten eng mit Ärzt:innen und anderen Therapeut:innen im interdisziplinären Team zusammen, um den bestmöglichen Behandlungserfolg zu sichern.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als staatlich anerkannter Ergotherapeut (m/w/d) oder ein entsprechendes Studium erfolgreich beendet.
- Sie begegnen Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörigen mit Einfühlungsvermögen, Geduld und der nötigen Ausdauer.
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, bringen ein starkes Interesse an neuen Therapiemethoden mit und können sich flexibel auf neue Situationen einstellen.
- Sie kommunizieren sicher und fließend auf Deutsch (C1-Niveau), um eine klare Verständigung zu gewährleisten.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
