Was erwartet dich?
- Betreuung und Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen sowie aktive Gewinnung von Neukunden
- Aufnahme und Analyse von Kundenanforderungen sowie Entwicklung passender technischer Lösungen
- Technische Beratung unserer Kunden in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik,
- Automatisierung und Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Erstellung, Kalkulation und Präsentation technischer Angebote
- Technische und kaufmännische Abstimmung von Projekten mit unseren Kunden
- Begleitung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses von der Anfrage bis zum Auftrag
- Zusammenarbeit mit Hardware-Engineering, SPS-Engineering, HMI/Visualisierung und Projektmanagement bei der technischen Lösungsfindung
- Durchführung von Kundenbesuchen, technischen Präsentationen und Projektgesprächen
- Identifikation neuer Geschäftspotenziale sowie Beobachtung von Markt- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
- Teilnahme an nationalen und internationalen Fachmessen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und dem Ausbau unserer Kunden- und Vertriebsstrategie

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Mechatronik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung im technischen Vertrieb, vorzugsweise in der Automatisierungstechnik oder im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau
- Gute Kenntnisse im Bereich Elektrotechnik und ein Verständnis für industrielle Automatisierungs- und Steuerungstechnik
- Idealerweise Kenntnisse in SPS, HMI, Schaltanlagen, Antriebstechnik oder industrieller Netzwerktechnik
- Technisches Verständnis für komplexe Maschinen und Anlagen
- Freude an der technischen Beratung und am direkten Kundenkontakt
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie ein sicheres und überzeugendes Auftreten
- Verhandlungsgeschick und ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
