Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest den gesamten Vertriebszyklus von der Akquise neuer Kunden bis zum Ausbau langfristiger Partnerschaften im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau.
- Du analysierst komplexe Kundenanforderungen, entwickelst passgenaue technische Lösungen in der Automatisierungs- und Elektrotechnik und präsentierst diese überzeugend.
- Eigenständig erstellst und kalkulierst du technische Angebote und stimmst Projekte sowohl kaufmännisch als auch technisch mit den Kunden und dem Projektmanagement ab.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit dem Hardware- und SPS-Engineering zusammen, um die technisch beste und wirtschaftlichste Lösung für unsere Kunden zu realisieren.
- Du identifizierst proaktiv neue Geschäftspotenziale, beobachtest den Markt und bringst deine Erkenntnisse aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebsstrategie ein.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im technischen Vertrieb mit, idealerweise in der Automatisierungstechnik oder im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau.
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung, Weiterbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du besitzt ein fundiertes Verständnis für industrielle Automatisierungs- und Steuerungstechnik und hast idealerweise bereits mit SPS, HMI oder Antriebstechnik gearbeitet.
- Mit Kommunikationsstärke, Verhandlungsgeschick und einem sicheren Auftreten berätst du Kunden souverän und lösungsorientiert.
- Du arbeitest eigeninitiativ und strukturiert, bist ein Teamplayer und bringst die Bereitschaft für gelegentliche Dienstreisen mit.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch und besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
