Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Fachbauüberwachung für anspruchsvolle Instandhaltungsprojekte im Bereich Tiefbau und Bahntechnik.
- Direkt vor Ort auf der Baustelle koordinierst Du die ausführenden Firmen und stellst die Einhaltung von Terminen sowie Qualitätsvorgaben sicher.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Kund:innen bereitest Du regelmäßige Baubesprechungen vor, führst diese durch und sorgst für eine lückenlose Dokumentation.
- Du agierst als wichtige Schnittstelle zum internen Projektmanagement und berichtest strukturiert über den Baufortschritt.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Deine Basis ist eine abgeschlossene Meisterprüfung als Bautechniker:in oder einem vergleichbaren Gebiet.
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Bahnprojekten mit.
- Idealerweise hast du bereits eine Funktionsausbildung zum Fachbauüberwacher Bahn absolviert.
- Mit deinem ausgeprägten Qualitäts- und Terminbewusstsein sowie deiner lösungsorientierten Art steuerst du Projekte souverän.
- Für die reibungslose Kommunikation im Team und mit Partnern sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
