Was erwartet dich?
- Du verantwortest die fachliche Führung deines Schichtteams und stellst durch vorausschauende Planung einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher.
- Du übernimmst die Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder und förderst aktiv deren Weiterentwicklung.
- Du überwachst konsequent die Einhaltung aller Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Arbeitssicherheitsstandards (z.B. HACCP) und sorgst für einen sicheren Arbeitsplatz.
- Als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in bei technischen Störungen an den Anlagen leitest du umgehend erste Maßnahmen ein und koordinierst deren Behebung.
- Du unterstützt dein Team aktiv im Tagesgeschäft, indem du bei der Bedienung, Überwachung und Abfüllungen der Produktionsanlagen mitwirkst.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung mit, z. B. in der Produktion, Industrie oder im Handwerk.
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Produktion gesammelt, idealerweise in der Lebensmittel- oder Futtermittelbranche.
- Erste Führungserfahrung, beispielsweise als Vorarbeiter:in oder in einer stellvertretenden Rolle, konntest du bereits sammeln.
- Du besitzt ein gutes technisches Verständnis für Produktionsanlagen und kennst dich mit den Standards für Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit aus.
- Eine strukturierte, zuverlässige und eigenständige Arbeitsweise sowie die Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit sind für dich selbstverständlich.
- Da du dein Team sicher anleiten musst, sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
