Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, steuerst und überwachst die gesamten Produktionsabläufe mithilfe unseres ERP-Systems und stellst dabei die Verfügbarkeit von Rohstoffen und Kapazitäten sicher.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle stimmst du dich eng mit Einkauf, Vertrieb, Logistik und der Qualitätssicherung ab, um reibungslose Prozesse zu gewährleisten.
- Du verantwortest die termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung, reagierst flexibel auf kurzfristige Planänderungen und sorgst für eine optimale Auslastung der Produktion.
- Du analysierst kontinuierlich relevante Produktionskennzahlen, identifizierst Engpässe und treibst aktiv Projekte zur Optimierung unserer Planungsprozesse voran.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. im Bereich Produktion, BWL) abgeschlossen und bringst idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in der Produktionsplanung, Arbeitsvorbereitung oder Disposition mit.
- Du arbeitest routiniert mit gängigen ERP-Systemen und den MS-Office-Anwendungen.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert.
- Als kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit hast du Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen.
- Pluspunkte sammelst du mit Vorkenntnissen aus der Futtermittel-, Agrar- oder Lebensmittelbranche – das ist aber kein Muss.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch (C1-Niveau).

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
