Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die ganzjährige Pflege unserer Grün- und Außenanlagen – von der Rasenpflege über den Heckenschnitt bis zur saisonalen Bepflanzung.
- Du sorgst für ein sauberes und sicheres Umfeld, indem du Wege, Hofflächen und andere Außenbereiche instand hältst und pflegst.
- Du führst eigenständig kleinere Reparaturen sowie allgemeine Hausmeistertätigkeiten durch und unterstützt das Team bei internen Auf- und Umbauten.
- Im Winter gewährleistest du durch zuverlässigen Räum- und Streudienst die Verkehrssicherheit auf dem gesamten Betriebsgelände.
- Die Wartung und Pflege der dir anvertrauten Arbeitsgeräte und Maschinen rundet dein vielseitiges Aufgabengebiet ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Garten- und Landschaftsbau oder bringst vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung mit.
- Du verfügst über gutes handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis.
- Eine selbstständige, zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du bist körperlich belastbar und bereit für flexible Einsätze, insbesondere im Winterdienst.
- Idealerweise besitzt du einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Für die reibungslose Abstimmung im Team sprichst du fließend Deutsch.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
