Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Bestenfalls hast Du eine Ausbildung im Bereich mit viel Kundenkontakt (z.B. im Einzelhandel, Sales, Vertrieb etc.)
- Auch als Quereinsteiger mit den nötigen Verkaufs- und Kommunikationsskills bist Du bei uns willkommen
- Du hast mindestens 1 Jahr relevante Berufserfahrung im Umgang mit Geschäftskunden
- Deutschkenntnisse auf gutem C1 Niveau sind vorausgesetzt
- Du hast ein gutes, allgemeines technisches Verständnis
- Bestenfalls bringst Du Fahrrad-Know-how mit und hast Interesse an Lastenräder
- Du verstehst Probleme, bevor du sie löst, und bist neugierig mit Feingefühl und echtem Interesse am Menschen
- Du trittst sympathisch und professionell auf und deine Neugier gilt nicht nur der Technik, sondern vor allem dem Alltag unserer Kunden
- Du bist freundlich, offen und präzise in der Kommikation mit Kunden
- Du suchst den Austausch im Team, weil gute Beratung entsteht, wenn Wissen fließt, bringst Lebenserfahrung mit, lernst von anderen und gibst Wissen weiter

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
