- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für Finanzbuchhaltung, Bilanzierung und Jahresabschlüsse unserer Praxisgesellschaften
- Du gestaltest und optimierst steuerliche Prozesse und kommunizierst mit Finanzamt und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen
- Du baust Controlling, Reporting und Liquiditätsplanung auf und entwickelst diese weiter
- Du erstellst Budgets, Forecasts und betriebswirtschaftliche Auswertungen für die Geschäftsführung
- Du steuerst kaufmännisch unser Wachstum über mehrere Standorte und bist Ansprechpartner:in für Banken, Steuerberatung und Wirtschaftsprüfer:innen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgelegtes Steuerberaterexamen
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Steuerbereich mit, idealerweise mit Führungsverantwortung
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegung (HGB), Steuerrecht und Controlling
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit DATEV und gängigen Reporting-/BI-Tools
- Du denkst unternehmerisch, hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität und bewahrst absolute Diskretion
- Du hast Erfahrung in Konzernstrukturen mit Holding und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
