Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie führen und entwickeln Ihr dreiköpfiges Team in der Qualitätskontrolle und verantworten die operative Personal- und Aufgabenplanung
- Sie steuern und dokumentieren sämtliche Qualitätsprüfungen – von Eingangsmaterialien bis zum Endprodukt – maßgeblich mit SAP QM
- Sie analysieren Qualitätsabweichungen, leiten Ursachenanalysen und treiben in enger Abstimmung mit der Produktion die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Produktqualität voran
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Qualitätsfragen managen Sie die Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen und die Kommunikation mit internen sowie externen Partnern
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards sicher und begleiten aktiv interne sowie externe Audits, um unsere Zertifizierungen zu gewährleisten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene technische Metall-Berufsausbildung
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, idealerweise mit Weiterbildung, z. B. ADA, Meister oder Techniker
- Sie haben Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SAP-QM, was von Vorteil ist
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, Normen und Vorgaben
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse und sind sicher in der Anwendung von MS-Office
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert, haben ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und sind teamorientiert sowie kommunikationsstark

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
