- Sie entwickeln und setzen Warengruppen- und Beschaffungsstrategien auf nationalen und internationalen Märkten um
- Sie wählen Lieferanten aus, qualifizieren und entwickeln diese weiter, mit Fokus auf technische Komponenten und Baugruppen
- Sie führen Markt-, Kosten- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, um Einspar- und Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren
- Sie führen eigenständig Preis-, Vertrags- und Konditionsverhandlungen
- Sie bauen langfristige Lieferantenbeziehungen auf und pflegen diese, insbesondere im asiatischen Raum
- Sie steuern und führen Lieferantenaudits durch und bewerten die Lieferantenperformance
- Sie arbeiten eng mit internen Fachabteilungen bei Neuentwicklungen und Produktoptimierungen zusammen
- Sie managen Risiken innerhalb der Lieferkette und entwickeln geeignete Absicherungsmaßnahmen
- Sie unterstützen bei der Verlagerung und Internationalisierung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im strategischen Einkauf eines produzierenden Industrieunternehmens
- Sie haben ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis für Komponenten, Baugruppen und Fertigungsprozesse
- Sie haben nachweisbare Erfahrung im internationalen Einkauf und in der Durchführung von internationalen Lieferantenbesuchen und Verhandlungen vor Ort
- Sie besitzen gute Kenntnisse in Kosten- und Wertanalysen und verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Sie haben eine hohe analytische Kompetenz, Durchsetzungsvermögen und interkulturelle Kommunikationsstärke
- Sie sind bereit zu reisen, sowohl im In- als auch im Ausland (anfangs 20-30%, dann etwas weniger)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
