Konkret sind Deine Aufgaben:
- Du entwickelst und optimierst unsere CI/CD-Pipelines (GitLab CI)
- Du automatisierst Build-, Test- und Deployment-Prozesse
- Du verbesserst Pipeline-Performance und Release-Stabilität
- Du betreibst und entwickelst containerisierte Anwendungen (Docker, Kubernetes) weiter
- Du setzt Infrastructure as Code um (Terraform, Ansible)
- Du verwaltest Container-Registries und Image-Lifecycle-Management
- Du stellst den stabilen Betrieb unserer Systeme (Produktiv- und Testumgebungen) sicher
- Du analysierst und behebst Störungen im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
- Du unterstützt bei Server- und Netzwerkadministration sowie Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung
- Du implementierst und betreibst Monitoring- und Logging-Lösungen (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
- Du behältst Software-Lifecycles im Blick (EOL, Dependencies)
- Du leitest konkrete Verbesserungsmaßnahmen ab und setzt sie um
- Du wirkst bei Security Audits mit
- Du setzt Maßnahmen im Bereich Zugriffskontrolle und Patch-Management um
- Du unterstützt bei Backup-/Recovery-Strategien und VPN-Anbindungen

Das bringst Du mit
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration.
- Du bringst fundierte Erfahrung in der Automatisierung mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Container-Technologien und Infrastructure as Code mit.
- Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für den Betrieb von Systemen sowie Netzwerken und bringst Grundkenntnisse in IT-Security-Themen (z.B. CVEs, Patch-Management, EOL) mit.
- Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert und du treibst Themen eigenständig voran.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (mindestens C1) und bringst idealerweise Englischkenntnisse mit.
