Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie fertigen präzise Einzelteile und Kleinserien nach technischen Zeichnungen und sind damit ein wichtiger Teil unserer Produktionskette.
- Sie übernehmen die eigenständige Einrichtung und Programmierung der CNC-Fräsmaschinen und stellen so einen reibungslosen Produktionsablauf sicher.
- Sie bedienen und überwachen moderne 3-Achs-Fräsmaschinen während des gesamten Fertigungsprozesses.
- Sie verantworten die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte, indem Sie die gefertigten Werkstücke sorgfältig auf Maßhaltigkeit prüfen.
- Sie tragen durch die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der Maschinen aktiv zur Betriebssicherheit und Langlebigkeit unseres Maschinenparks bei.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Idealerweise bringen Sie bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und verantwortungsbewusst, gleichzeitig sind Sie ein flexibler Teamplayer.
- Eine hohe Eigenmotivation sowie die Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2-Schicht-Betrieb sind für Sie selbstverständlich.
- Für die tägliche Abstimmung im Team bringen Sie gute Deutschkenntnisse mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
