Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst das selbstständige Einrichten und Rüsten von zyklengesteuerten CNC-Maschinen für die Fertigung von Einzelteilen und Kleinserien.
- Du erstellst und optimierst die CNC-Programme direkt an der Maschine, um eine präzise und effiziente Bearbeitung sicherzustellen.
- Du überwachst aktiv den Fertigungsprozess, greifst bei Abweichungen korrigierend ein und sicherst so die Produktionsqualität.
- Du übernimmst das erstellen von Programmen, für deine Kolleg*innen über eine CAM-Software
- Du führst eigenverantwortlich die Qualitätskontrolle der gefertigten Werkstücke durch und dokumentierst die Messergebnisse.
- Du bist ebenfalls für die regelmäßige Wartung und Pflege der dir anvertrauten Maschinen zuständig, um deren Betriebsbereitschaft zu gewährleisten.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Berufserfahrung in der CNC-Zerspanung ist von Vorteil, aber auch als motivierter Berufseinsteiger bist du bei uns willkommen.
- Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen CNC-Steuerungen mit.
- Eine selbstständige, präzise und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
- Du verfügst über solide Grundkenntnisse in der CAM-Programmierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
