Zur Verstärkung unseres Finance-Teams suchen wir einen technologieaffinen Controller (m/w/d), der analytisches Denken mit einer Leidenschaft für Daten, Automatisierung und innovative Technologien verbindet. Gemeinsam entwickeln wir unser Controlling zu einer modernen, datengetriebenen Steuerungsfunktion weiter.
Was erwartet dich?
- Du erstellst und entwickelst Managementberichte sowie Kennzahlensysteme weiter
- Du analysierst betriebswirtschaftliche Daten und leitest fundierte Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du evaluierst und nutzt moderne Werkzeuge zur Automatisierung und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen
- Du führst neue Systeme zur Datenanalyse ein und wirkst bei der Erneuerung der Unternehmenssoftware mit
- Du baust Datenbanken auf, pflegst diese und führst unterschiedliche Datenquellen zusammen
- Du arbeitest aktiv bei der Budgetplanung und den Finanzprognosen mit
- Du unterstützt bei den Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Du analysierst und optimierst bestehende Abläufe im Finanzbereich
- Du arbeitest eng mit den Fachbereichen zusammen und unterstützt bei Projekten zur Digitalisierung

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du besitzt ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finanzen, der Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich oder der Berichterstattung mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Tabellenkalkulationen und hast ein ausgeprägtes Verständnis für Datenstrukturen
- Du besitzt idealerweise Kenntnisse in relationalen Datenbanken und der zugehörigen Abfragesprache
- Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit Unternehmenssoftware, vorzugsweise mit Systemen von Microsoft
- Du bringst idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit Systemen zur Datenvisualisierung mit
- Du zeigst eine hohe Begeisterung für digitale Technologien sowie moderne Werkzeuge und setzt diese praxisorientiert ein
- Du zeichnest dich durch ein hohes Zahlenverständnis sowie ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten aus
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert
- Du beherrschst die deutsche und englische Sprache sehr gut in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
