Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung deines Teams (6-10 Mitarbeitende), motivierst im Alltag und förderst gezielt die individuelle Weiterentwicklung.
- Du verantwortest die wirtschaftliche Steuerung deines Bereichs anhand von Kennzahlen, planst vorausschauend die Teamauslastung und optimierst kontinuierlich die Arbeitsprozesse.
- Als zentrale:r Fachexpert:in für Hygiene und Mikrobiologie berätst du Kund:innen in komplexen Fragestellungen und sicherst die fachliche Qualität im Team.
- Du entwickelst die Kundenbeziehungen strategisch weiter, analysierst Kundenfeedback und leitest daraus Maßnahmen zur Steigerung der Servicequalität ab.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst ein fundiertes Wissen in den Bereichen Hygiene, Qualitätssicherung und Mikrobiologie mit, um unsere Kund:innen fachlich exzellent zu beraten.
- Du hast bereits mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams, idealerweise im Kundenservice oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld.
- Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner Kommunikationsstärke schaffst du reibungslose Abläufe und ein motivierendes Umfeld für dein Team.
- Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch (C1-Niveau), sowohl im Team als auch mit unseren Kund:innen.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
