Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst Installationsarbeiten sowie Inbetriebnahme von Heizungsanlagen (Zentralheizungen, Gas, Öl, regenerativ)
- Du bist für die Wartung und Instandsetzung von Heizungsanlagen und Heizthermen zuständig
- Du übernimmst die direkte Betreuung und Beratung unserer Kund:innen und bietest eine lösungsorientierte Kommunikation vor Ort
- Du bist eigenverantwortlich für die Durchführung der zugewiesenen Kundendiensteinsätze zuständig
- Du stellst ein hohe Service- und Arbeitsqualität sicher
- Du dokumentierst die ausgeführten Arbeiten im unternehmenseigenen Softwaresystem
- Du stimmst dich mit der Disposition und internen Fachabteilungen zu Materialbedarf, Ersatzteilen und Sonderaufträgen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Anlagenmechaniker*in SHK oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du verfügst idealerweise über erste Berufserfahrung im SHK-Kundendienst
- Du besitzt einen Führerschein Klasse B
- Du besitzt handwerkliches Geschick und technisches Verständnis
- Du hast ausgeprägte Service- und Kundenorientierung
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und zuverlässig
- Du besitzt hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie hohen Qualitätsanspruch
- Du hast ein freundliches, sicheres und professionelles Auftreten gegenüber Kund*innen
- Du du bist Team- und Kommunikationsfähig
