Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie behandeln Patient:innen mit orthopädischen und neurologischen Beschwerden und wenden dabei gezielt Techniken der Manuellen Therapie an, um ihre Beweglichkeit und Lebensqualität zu verbessern.
- Sie erstellen eigenständig individuelle Behandlungspläne, führen Befunderhebungen durch und dokumentieren die Therapiefortschritte sorgfältig.
- Sie beraten Ihre Patient:innen sowie deren Angehörige kompetent zu therapeutischen Übungen und präventiven Maßnahmen für den Alltag.
- Sie stimmen sich eng mit Ihren Kolleg:innen ab und gestalten gemeinsam den Therapiealltag sowie Ihre Einsatzbereiche – sei es in unserer Praxis oder in der kooperierenden Seniorenresidenz.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie bringen eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Physiotherapeut (m/w/d) mit staatlicher Anerkennung mit.
- Idealerweise verfügen Sie über die Zusatzqualifikation in Manueller Therapie oder sind motiviert, diese zu erwerben.
- Mit Ihrer empathischen und eigenständigen Arbeitsweise gewinnen Sie schnell das Vertrauen Ihrer Patient:innen und gestalten den Therapieplan aktiv mit.
- Sie haben Freude daran, den Praxisalltag im Team mitzugestalten und eigene Ideen einzubringen.
- Für den Austausch mit Patient:innen und Kolleg:innen kommunizieren Sie sicher auf Deutsch.
